Information needed prior to inspection time to not only determine cost for the inspection but to determine how much time we must allow for the inspection:

  • The approximate square footage of the building
  • What city the building is located in
  • Type of building (warehouse, office retail, apartment complex etc.)
  • If building is an apartment complex, how many total apartments are there
  • How many bathrooms / bedrooms per each unit
  • How many bathrooms in the building
  • Roof style (flat or pitched)
  • How many stories does the building have
  • Is the roof accessible by “on site” ladder
  • Total number of furnaces that will heat the building
  • Are there roof-mounted or indoor heating systems
  • The inspection address of the property and directions to the property
